Planung, Management und eigenständige Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
Eigenverantwortliche Projektsteuerung, Überwachung der Budgets sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Abstimmungen mit allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von innovativen Lösungen und Eigenentwicklungen (vom Prototyp bis hin zur fertigen Lösung) auf Basis einer hybriden IT-Infrastruktur mit einem klaren technologischen Fokus auf die Salesforce-(Multi-Cloud)-Plattform
Unterstützung der Prozesse zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Geschäftsanwendungen des Unternehmens (ERP, DMS, CRM sowie QM-System) gemeinsam mit den Prozessverantwortlichen
Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Analyse und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen aus den Fachabteilungen
Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und Einführung von neuen Technologien sowie der Anpassung von Schnittstellen zu unterschiedlichen Datenquellen bzw. Systemen
Unterstützung im Bereich der Computersystemvalidierung und Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Quality Assurance

Anforderungsprofil

Sie haben Erfahrungen in Digitalisierungsprojekten (z.B. als Berater oder Systemeigner (m/w/d)) und verfügen über einen fundierten technischen Background (z.B. Informatik- oder Ingenieursstudium bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung)
Projekterfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SOQL, APEX, JavaScript sind erwünscht, GxP Compliance Vorgaben im Bereich der Computersystemvalidierung sind von Vorteil
Sie konnten bei der Implementierung und Anpassung moderner Schnittstellen- und Daten-Integrations-Tools, wie Data Loader bzw. Middleware-Lösungen (z.B. Talend Cloud) mitwirken
Sie haben ein agiles, innovatives Mindset, verfügen über analytisches und prozessorientiertes Denkvermögen und scheuen sich nicht vor Verantwortung
Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

Planning, management and implementation of digitalization projects
Independent project management, monitoring of budgets and regular coordination with all internal and external project stakeholders
Analysis, design and implementation of innovative solutions and custom developments (from prototype to finished solution) based on a hybrid IT infrastructure with a clear technological focus on the Salesforce-(multi-cloud)-platform
Support of processes for the continuous improvement of the company's business applications (ERP, DMS, CRM as well as QM system) together with the process owners
Automation of business processes as well as analysis and implementation of new requirements from the business departments
Participation in the selection and introduction of new technologies as well as the adaptation of interfaces to various data sources or systems
Support in the area of computer system validation and coordination with the Quality Assurance department

Your profile

You are experienced in digitalization projects (e.g. as a consultant or system owner (m/f/d)) and have a profound technical background (e.g. information technology studies or engineering studies or comparable education)
Project experience and knowledge in the use of SOQL, APEX, JavaScript are desired, GxP compliance requirements in the area of computer system validation are an advantage
You have been able to participate in the implementation and customization of modern interface and data integration tools, such as data loaders or middleware solutions (e.g. Talend Cloud)
You have an agile, innovative mindset, with analytical and process-oriented thinking skills and are not afraid of taking responsibility
You have excellent German and English language skills
