Project Manager (all genders) Pharma Intermediates

Your mission

The position is initially limited to two years as a parental leave cover.

  • Evaluation of synthetic routes and identification of strategic intermediates
  • Commercial management and further development of the intermediates business within subsidiaries, as well as direct support of selected international customers
  • Selection and acquisition of suitable strategic manufacturing partners
  • Independent project management, from new customer acquisition and project initiation, including contract negotiations, through to contract execution
  • Contributing to the development of the business unit's objectives and market strategies

Your profile

  • Degree in a natural science discipline, preferably Chemistry
  • Initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable, ideally in a commercial or business development-related role
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and professional demeanor, strong customer and service orientation, and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage
