Brand & Artwork Coordination Manager (all genders)

Your mission

The position is initially limited to two years as a parental leave cover.

  • Support in the further development and expansion of Midas Healthcare’s marketing and brand management activities (Focus on women’s health)
  • Support in the further development and expansion of the corporate identity and corporate design
  • Management and implementation of strategic and multi-channel marketing activities for all relevant target groups, as well as their operational execution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordination of the approval process for pharmaceutical marketing materials and artwork
  • Marketing-related preparation and execution of product launches for OTC and Rx products in the women’s health sector
  • Development and implementation of strategic annual marketing plans to ensure brand awareness
  • Selection and management of external agencies and service providers
  • Maintenance and further development of the website and social media channels
  • Planning and execution of PR and media activities

Your profile

  • At least 4 years of experience in brand management or marketing in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • A successfully completed college degree in business administration or life sciences
  • Ideally, experience in women’s health as well as the ability to create and implement innovative marketing plans, including marketing messages
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as a high degree of independence, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Business-fluent in German and English
