Management & Project Assistant (all genders) Regulatory Affairs

Your mission

In this role, you will spend 50% of your time supporting Management with administrative and organizational tasks and the remaining 50% coordinating and providing organizational support for the projects of our colleagues in Regulatory Affairs.

 50% Management Support
  •  Planning, coordinating, and following up on travel, appointments, and meetings
  • Support with administrative and organizational matters
  • Preparation of travel expense reports, presentations, minutes, and analyses

50% Project assistance in Regulatory Affairs
  • Commercial and organizational support for registration projects, in close collaboration with the project team
  • Support in the preparation and processing of regulatory documents (e.g., marketing authorization applications, variation notifications, etc.)
  • Communication with internal departments and regulatory authorities, as well as administrative support for the Regulatory Affairs team

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in business administration 
  • At least 5 years of experience as an assistant or administrative specialist in a scientific or natural sciences field 
  • You have strong organizational skills and communicate proactively  
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and OneNote
  • Forward-thinking, a service-oriented mindset, and discretion round out your profile
  • Business correspondence in German and English comes naturally to you
