 After successfully completing your international trainee program, you have taken the first step towards a permanent position with us as a Sales Manager - we are counting on you as a top talent of the future! 
 
 What awaits you?
  • You will gain insights into various departments within Midas Pharma
  • You will help to expand our customer and manufacturer network 
  • You will assist in market evaluations of potential new sales areas for our company
  • Through frequent exchanges with our affiliated companies, you will generate new business ideas
  • With our on-the-job training, you will develop skills in sales, communication, and intercultural cooperation
  • You will travel with us to national and global B2B events, such as trade fairs and congresses 
  • We train you in dealing with pharmaceutical regulations and SOPs
  • You get the opportunity to take care of your first own customers
  • You calculate offers, support order processing and gain insight into our budget planning
  • You use Sales Cloud as a modern CRM tool right from the start to ensure seamless integration of all sales activities
  • You support us in negotiating contracts with our international customers and manufacturing partners

Your profile

  • B2B is your passion and you have already heard of the pharmaceutical industry
  • You have a degree in natural sciences or economics
  • You are strong in presenting and communicating, you can inspire, maintain and build relationships with our partners - we are not looking for a one-dimensional sales manager
  • You think entrepreneurially and have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You are a convinced team player with high social competence - all couch potatoes: ignore!
  • You are business fluent in at least German and English, written and spoken
  • MS Office, CRM and ERP are just the beginning for you - you will take further steps with us in digitalization
