Bewerbung von Midas Zwischenprodukten und Dienstleistungen bei potenziellen Neukunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
Verhandlung von Verträgen
Beteiligung bei der Erreichung der strategischen Ziele des Geschäftsbereichs

Anforderungsprofil

abgeschlossenes Studium (M.Sc.) in Chemie, vorzugsweise Wirtschaftschemie
Idealerweise min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen oder chemischen Industrie
Breites Netzwerk innerhalb der pharmazeutischen Industrie
Bereitschaft, zum Erfolg von Midas beizutragen, indem Sie sich authentisch und kreativ einbringen
Dynamische, unternehmerische und selbstmotivierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
Fließende Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), Deutschkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 25%)

Your mission

Market evaluation of Intermediates – Identification of new products, supporting our strategic portfolio
Evaluation of synthetic routes and identification of strategic intermediates
Identification and development of new customer relationships supporting the Intermediates business of Midas at International level.
Promotion of Midas Intermediates and services to potential new customers together with Midas affiliated companies
Negotiation of contracts
Contribution to the strategic goals of the Division

Your profile

M.Sc. in Chemistry; preferably Economic Chemist
Ideally, +5 years working experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
Broad network within the pharmaceutical industry
Eager to contribute to Midas’s success by being authentic and creative
Dynamic, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Open to travelling (approx. 25%, internationally)
