Project Manager (all genders) Analytical Development & Contract Manufacturing

Your mission

  • Initiating, planning and managing the galenic and analytical development of finished medicinal products throughout the entire development cycle up to validation on a commercial scale
  • Management of an interdisciplinary internal project team
  • Evaluating potential finished product development projects for galenic and analytical feasibility
  • Identifying suitable development and manufacturing partners and negotiating and concluding the associated contracts 
  • Technical supervision of the work at the development and manufacturing partners and the proper preparation of technical documents
  • Interface between internal project team and external technical partners

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your scientific studies, preferably in pharmacy, ideally with a doctorate in pharmaceutical technology or analytics 
  • You have at least 3 years of practical experience in the development and ideally in the production of finished medicinal products
  • You have proven analytical and galenic expertise
  • You are persuasive, work in a structured manner and have experience in leading an interdisciplinary project team
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are also characterized by your clear results orientation and proactive approach
  • You are experienced in dealing with GxP requirements and creating and implementing a project budget 
  • Good knowledge of German and very good written and spoken English
