- GMP release testing for active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished pharmaceutical products (solid dosage forms)
- Active participation in day-to-day laboratory operations (conducting qualifications, data analysis, documentation)
- Organization of laboratory operations (coordination, monitoring, and optimization of daily laboratory processes)
- Primary technical point of contact for the laboratory team (5 laboratory technicians)

Your profile
Required qualifications (at least one of the following)
- Vocational training: Training as a (chemical) laboratory technician with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on laboratory experience
- Academic degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in quality control
Required knowledge and skills
- Extensive expertise in the chemical analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished products (small molecules)
- Experience with LabVantage/LIMS, Agilent/OpenLab, and Mettler Toledo/LabX is preferred
- Experience in preparing GMP documents
- Demonstrable initial experience in supervising, instructing, or mentoring laboratory staff
- Very good written and spoken German; written and spoken English (reading and writing)
