Key Account Manager (all genders) API Sales

Your mission
  • Marketing & Sales of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) to companies in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Territory: strong focus on the French market, other countries to be defined depending on future customers allocation (Belgium, North Africa),
  • Ability to establish your sales budget in cooperation with the management,
  • Responsibility for your sales budget achievement,
  • Selection of suitable strategic partners,
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities,
  • Establishing and maintaining strong business relations with various type of partners: pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing sites, contract manufacturers, and ensure the success of these partnerships and related business arrangements,
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, developing the strategy to achieve the API sales objectives of Midas Pharma France
  • Willingness to travel regularly in France and abroad on frequent basis.
Your profile
  • Graduation (Master’s degree or higher) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, and /or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful working experiences in the field of sales of API,
  • Proven record of strong sales achievements and positive development of new business,
  • Dynamic person with entrepreneurial mind-set and excellent negotiation skills,
  • Team player with strong communication skills, strong customer and service orientation as well as ability to work with various cultural environments,
  • Ability to conduct agreement negotiations,
  • Confident handling of information processing tools (MS Office, Salesforce SalesCloud and ERP system),
  • Existing network within the pharmaceutical industry, contract manufacturers, industrial sites in France, a plus if also in Belgium and North Africa,
  • Business fluent English (orally and written) and native French skills,
  • Ability to organize a pro-active monitoring of your activities and implement agreed strategy.
