Die Stelle
  • Wahrnehmen der Aufgaben einer Sachkundigen Person gemäß § 14 AMG sowie des Annex 16 EU-GMP-Leitfaden
  • Verantwortung für die AMG-/GMP-gerechte Prüfung und Freigabe von (biologischen) Wirkstoffen und Arzneimitteln 
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung der gültigen pharmazeutischen Rechtsvorschriften, z. B. AMG, GMP, AMWHV, BtMG
Anforderungsprofil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie sowie Approbation als Apotheker (w/m/d) inklusive mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld sammeln
  • Sie haben Sachkenntnis nach §15 AMG und Anerkennung als Sachkundige Person (QP) durch eine Landesbehörde in Deutschland gemäß §14, §15 und §19 AMG
  • Sie bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer interdisziplinären Projektmanagement Funktion eines pharmazeutischen Unternehmens mit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
  • Performing the tasks of a Qualified Person according to § 14 AMG and Annex 16 EU GMP guidelines
  • Responsibility for the AMG/GMP-compliant testing and release of (biological) active substances and medicinal products 
  • Compliance with and monitoring of applicable pharmaceutical legislation, e.g. AMG, GMP, AMWHV, BtMG
  • Processing and evaluation of deviations and test reports
Your profile
  • Successfully completed studies in pharmacy and licence to practice as a pharmacist (f/m/d) including several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment
  • You have expertise in accordance with §15 AMG and recognition as a Qualified Person (QP) by a state authority in Germany in accordance with §14, §15 and §19 AMG
  • You have at least five years of professional experience in an interdisciplinary project management function in a pharmaceutical company
  • Business fluent in German and English
