Fachliche und organisatorische Projektleitung zum Aufbau und zur Inbetriebnahme des neuen Quality Control GMP Labors für die Prüfung von Arzneimitteln und Wirkstoffen
Anschließende fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Labors
Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Mitarbeitenden des Labors (4-5 Heads)
Durchführung von Stabilitätsstudien gemäß ICH Anforderungen
Qualifizierungen IQ / OQ / PQ
Methodenverifizierung von Arzneibuchverfahren und Methodenvalidierung

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie (bevorzugt mit Promotion) sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (bevorzugt als Leitung) in einem GMP-regulierten Labor
Sehr gute Kenntnisse physisch-chemischer Analyseverfahren und instrumenteller Analytik (HPLC / GC / IR / UV / PSD / Freisetzung)
Tiefergehende Kenntnisse des EU GMP Leitfaden sowie cGMP (US-FDA)
Sie sind erfahren im Umgang mit LIMS Systemen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Unternehmerisches Denken und Kreativität

Your mission

Technical and organisational project lead for the construction and commissioning of the new Quality Control GMP laboratory for the testing of medicinal products and active pharmaceutical ingredients
Subsequent technical and organisational management of the laboratory
Technical and disciplinary management of the laboratory staff (4-5 heads)
Carrying out stability studies in accordance with ICH requirements
Qualifications IQ / OQ / PQ
Method verification of pharmacopoeia procedures and method validation

Your profile

Completed studies in chemistry (preferably with a PhD) and at least 5 years of professional experience (preferably as head) in a GMP-regulated laboratory
Very good knowledge of physico-chemical methods of analysis and instrumental analysis (HPLC / GC / IR / UV / PSD / release)
In-depth knowledge of the EU GMP guidelines and cGMP (US-FDA)
You are experienced in working with LIMS systems
Business fluent in German and English
