- Participate in maintaining and servicing global GxP compliant supplier and customer qualification
- Assist in the follow-up of GxP audits in the area of manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished products, including contract manufacturing
- Support in the follow-up of GxP audits at service companies
- Support during customer, certification and regulatory inspections
- Collaboration within the company-wide self-inspection system
- Preparation of quotations and tracking of invoices in the area of GxP monitoring
- Continuous development of the global Midas quality management system

Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial or scientific vocational training and ideally have first professional experience in the field of quality management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of national and international pharmaceutical regulations (EU GMP, WHO guidelines, ICH guidelines, US FDA, etc.) is an advantage
- You are experienced in using various systems, such as MS Office programs, ERP systems and document management systems
- You have organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
